We have an in house team with three different offices to ensure there is always someone monitoring during daylight hours.  The in-house aspect provides a very low turnover rate and very well paid monitors who are great at their job. They become accustomed to vehicles and personnel throughout the duration of the job, increasing the level of security.  Each office has three different redundancies for central communication.
